To be fair, Dhelmise is one of the few Pokemon that could easily be four different types (Grass/Steel/Ghost/Water) just on its theme alone. I could see shit subs getting it wrong on first glance

The Translator got it's type wrong.

Even the best subbers make mistakes fairly regularly.

The most common mistake is where they make the translated wording more or less formal than what they went with which tells you these people are all just doing it for payment of some kind.

At that point it's quite obvious they're not doing it because they actually watch the show. They just translate what they hear without really taking it in because they don't care.
