I think you got your homebrew mixed up. There's JKSM for 3ds games, and TWLSaveTool for DS games.

Started with action replay dsi in 2011, then got the NDS adapter plus, was fucking around with the GTS DNS thing since 2010 though.

My adapter broke in early 2015, waited a year until someone made twlsavetool, I got a flashcart last year too.

sure, for the 3 years it worked, could edit my saves with pokegen, restored my save when I transferred to XY so I had the same Pokemon on both gen 5 / 6

3DS homebrew is the better way to do it now
