Well you can't really blame them, it's the same logic they used for electrode back in gen 1, and no one complained there so
no complain is valid now. Altough it makes me mad they haven't made a fast turtlemon based on this logic yet.
In any case, being realistic miltank probably should have the same base speed as blastoise, 80, as in, it can roll fast sometimes but average otherwise. On the other hand this would really hurt its niche over other normal types and miltank is one of my favs, so there's the dilemma.
