He has a sense of humor with his designs. He's not god's gift to Pokemon design like the Mega Beedrill guy but I like everything Turner's done. Buzzwole in particular is his best design that blends the visual joke in with the Pokemon's anatomy.

I absolutely adore Phantump. One of my all time favorite Pokémon designs. Trevanant on the other hand.........meh. I didn't evolve mine when I played because of the boring design.

The rest though are all amazing.

Guzzlord, in particular, looks like he could have been a monster of the week in Real Ghostbuster, while Buzzswole is more Ninja Turtles-esque. The others definately remind me of some other 80s toylines, particular Golurk and Trevant, but I couldn't tell you what.

Maybe boring was the wrong word. But for a ghost tree it's sorta not living up to the potential I imagine for it. Phantump works perfectly for a haunted stump. Trevanant just looks like a log with with black in the middle.
