it's not only toxapex. Dugtrio makes running most stall breakers and anything below base 120 speed after a choice scarf a liability. Off the top of my head, I can only think of scizor, celesteela, maybe jirachi, ferrothorn, and skarmory that get trapped by magnezone. Every other steel type has ways of getting around it. I would also like to see the statistics on skarmory running shed shell.
