There is no problem with ether Incineroar, Decidueye or Lycanroc being Ash's ace in Alola.

You see, Ash need a pokemon that look like a main character/hero of the series. Example: Greninja.
However, Nether final evolution of Ash's Alola pokemon look like a main character.
Incineroar look more like a heel, Decidueye feel too geeky and Lycanroc is just an quadruped dog.
