I am. Travelling got old fast, having a main setting is way better. Battles were always boring and stupid. Humour is to be expected in a series about funny looking animals for children and it should be considered a problem if it isn't one of the main points of focus of the show.

They just put Ash in building with bunch of other kids and turn the series into a complete filler.
They did all that only because S/M series didn't had any gym for writers to follow the same formula.
Basically S/M series is long running Decolora Journey that will last for 3 year.

Actually it is different.

Gym is run by trainers with powerful pokemon who qualify you for the league.

Trial are just battling a wild Totem pokemon and Kahuna of the island.
Clearing the title doesn't allow to compete in a league since there is no league in Alola.
It just something Ash doing as a Time pass in Alola.

Exclusive Z-moves are no replacement for Megevolution and its not as good as Megevolution.

Brock's VA regularly does pokemon roles and COTD roles for years, and he voiced Ash's Greninja all throughout XY, so he probably doesn't mind. In fact he's one of the few VA's of a former character who stays on to work on the show. He also voices Wobbufett so he's always around.

I am surprised for Mayumi though, given she only voices Misty and doesn't voice any pokemon after she left or anything.

Yajima was only 28 years old when he started work on XY in 2013. That means he was a kid when the OS was airing. He was basically like us, a kid fan who got his dream job of actually working on the show as an adult, and took it in a direction we all wanted to see it go, with competent Ash, a love interest, action, and drama, etc.

I saw the mistake right after posting.

My computer is a piece of shit, especially when using photoshop since every time I use the text tool I risk blue screening. When I type text in manually it is lagged and delayed and most of the time the letter input doesn't register which causes typos like the above.

As for the proofing, I just copy paste the text in from the threads and not rewrite it for obvious reason. Thanks though.
