GBA were decent overall but not amazing

GB/C were fine followed by great

3DS were decent overall but even more controversial than the DS era

My vote goes for the GBA era because there weren't really any major mistakes or flaws, followed by 3DS for overall quality and DS because it had the worst and best games, and then GB/C which is last even though it was still good.

GBA. I think they just polished up the series but kept it simple. I like all the games but I like the main elements of pokemon and don't use all the other features and stuff that adds nothing to the main game. Gen 3 has a lot of flaws but the simplicity and focus always keeps me satisfied.
