I'm really happy about this one. Snakes have this unique biology regarding their cornea and eyes. Overall it helps them sense things better and protects their eyes. In certain mythology and symbolism, snakes are related and sometimes become dragons, so typing makes sense too.

As noted by someone else, you can't increase HP, dumbass. It's kinda tricky to place Mega Ursaring in a tier. It has naturally great Attack, a nice bulk, and fair speed. Tough Claws boosts its Attack to tremendous levels and it has great STAB moves and overall good coverage and typing. If anything it'd be like a reverse Mega Metagross. It starts off in B+ tier Ubers then drops to a solid A tier OU once people learn how to counter it. It definitely wouldn't stay in Ubers because there are a fair amount of Fighting-types in there and they would put Mega Ursaring's head on a spike. I recommend taking that extra 30 you put in HP to Speed to give it some help.

Would you rather have it be pure Electric-type with no weaknesses, or Electric/Poison for extra STAB coverage with the added weakness of Psychic, and the possibility of Mold Breaker and Gravity? Stats leave it as a nice Physical or Special attacker, but it suffers from a case of having a higher Attack stat with more Special moves. Also, it's terrible speed is the reason Eelektross is in such a low tier, so making it worse is a bad idea. I imagine Mega Eelektross being B-rank UU. I've always enjoyed the concept of a Poison/Fire Mega Weezing because fumes, radiation, gasoline, etc. I imagine Mega Weezing would be a very nice Defense tank. Pain Split should be replaced with something like Thunderbolt. I say Mega Weezing would be B+ rank UU.

Ubers, you fucking idiot. A Mega should never be designed with a "straight to Ubers" mentality. A smarter choice would have been a variant of Sap Sipper that rendered Fairy-type moves useless. All of his stats are just good. Fantastic Special Attack and Speed and tolerable bulk. Mega Hydreigon doesn't have all the perks of Mega Kangaskhan and Parental Bond, but no doubt it's better stat-wise. It'd be a far lower rank in Ubers because you have Fairy-types, Dragon-types, and Fighting-types to deal with as opposed to Mega Kangaskhan's single Fighting-type weakness. It's too overpowered to be placed any lower than Ubers, but it'd be bad in Ubers. I say D-rank Ubers.

literally just swapped special attack and attack and gave it the type + super luck so it could have fun with a cool 50% crit chance on leaf blade and night slash. Added knock off just in case. It already gets tons of good physical coverage moves like low kick, earthquake, thunder punch, rock slide, and drain punch, so it could turn out pretty nice.

It can use its extensive pool of Fighting type moves like Drain Punch of Power-Up Punch to make itself stronger or go all-out with moves like Hammer Arm and Supepower.

With Technician, Weavile gains access to a huge variety of options. Bite, Feint Attack, Aerial Ace, Pursuit, Metal Claw and many others become viable options. It's still frail, but it's able to outspeed almost all the other Pokémon in the game. If the opponent uses priority moves to counter it, it can defend itself with a boosted Ice Shard or Quick Attack.

Qwilfish I pictured blowing up like a balloon and floating. Magnezone is self-explanatory, I don't get your confusion.
It's still weak to fire, just not 4x. Designed to get a hit in no matter what.
Thematic.
Gigalith's dex describes a solar powered special attacker, and there's no good power gem user. Grass is because I pictured an ancient crystal cannon covered in moss, better defensively, STAB solar beam. Fun in the sun and sand.
Prankster is thematic. Priority substitute, bulk up, taunt.
Seals are very coordinated, hence circus seals. Technician ice shard, aqua jet, icicle spear, etc.

True, but does not have the power "nuke" opponents, unless it takes a big risk by setting up. Even than, it has some difficulties dealing with the likes of Tapu Fini, Scizor, Gyarados, Skarmory, Toxapex, Extreme-Speed users in general and some scarfed mons as well. I suppose I could make it a bit slower, though, even if I didn't want it to be slower than Mega Alakazam.

Upright instead of hunched over. The flames turn a bright blue, and his ears elongate a few inches. The golden swirls turn orange, and his lower leg fur turns red as well. The arms, upper legs, and tail all become pale red, and his unibrow is joined up with its fire hair. The wrists emit blue flames, and there are 3 front-facing toes instead of 5. The 2 leftover toes move to the back of the foot. His tail itself lengthens, and glows red, as if it is molten.

It's actually a 69.3 - 81.6% damage, but that's not important.
Would lowering the speed to 135 be a batter idea? Explain more of your point of view, but keep in mind that the current Attack is just a free Life Orb and that Mega Alakazam, just as an example, isn't weak to SR, is bulkier and can inflict more damage with a 150 base speed.

Its strength is a wide mixed movepool, its weakness is shit speed, which is fixed. Its special coverage wont be affected by hustle accuracy drop, while its attack will be boosted like fuck, especially with Coil. Also it's a meme with Zangoose's ability.
Scald and air slash. Is that really no enough for you? Serene Grace Scald is a niche in and of itself.
