I'm starting to think most of Pokémon fans are hillbillys who have never put foot in a metropolis. I'd rather have a big city than generic fenced jRPG town. For the first time (Castelia was close though), I felt like I was in a real life city, one where there was always something new to discover. Also, never had problems traversing it. They even gave you cabs.
