This is my revised ORAS league. Mainly focusing on getting rid of duplicate Pokemon on 1 team (kept Norman the same because 2 Slakings was fun to fight imo), and the admins shitty 'teams'. Thoughts?
So, what would you guys change about trainers' teams? I'm guessing most posts will be about Johto and Kalos.

For both Team Magma and Team Aqua, good job. Even Muk and Weezing fits with the team, liquid and resemblace to volcans.

Almost forgot

E4 have wrong typed Pokémon all the time. It fits the theme.

Not every specialist has their team comprised of only the type they specialise in. In fact its much better with some variety in teams. Nintales makes sense since Vulpix can be found on Mt Pyre and its a mystical Pokemon associated with curses. Drake gets Sceptile and Glacia gets Jynx because I didn't want to add any non cross-gen evo post gen 3 mons. Chuck Smoochum in Shoal Cave as a wild encounter and its all good. Sceptile can learn dragon moves and is part of the dragon egg group, and adds variety to Drake's team.
Bumping this thread while I get mine done.
Here's the menu icons for anyone who wishes to do the same

Fucking hell Alpha and Omega keeping the villain teams as they where was fucking monsterous.
In particular with Aqua when we had so many water pokemon that could suit the admins.
Though I like the Zangoose and Seviper thing I think they should replace the Mightyenas.
Huntail, Walrein, Gyrados, Crawdaunt, Tentacruel would all suit as Aqua aces

I don't get what are supposed to be the last 3 rows
>>33447500
They're all Pokémon whose icons are bigger than 32x32, the bottom rows are the icons but shrunk down to the same size as all others for people who want to keep consistency in it

The point of the Elite Four is to specialize in a single type. They're souped-up gym leaders you fight in a row. From what I remember the only trainers to really break convention from this are Aaron and Flint. The former uses Drapion which evolves from a Bug despite not being Bug-type and the latter had his entire team changed up to fit his role better. Just stick with what's generally used, it's not like Dragons are hurting for dual-typings.

I guess Seviper and Zangoose make sense from a Aqua vs Magma perspective but it doesn't really fit the teams at all.
Ayyy

You're forgetting Gen 1 and Gen 2 as well. They both had multiple members with Pokémon outside of their type speciality.
