As a literal puerto rican I can tell you they do in fact have a chupacabra pokemon.

The first ever sighting was seen by a child with no credibility whatsoever in a part of the island that is full of stray dogs and monkeys. The "news" channel that aired it was always airing ghost shit for ratings they were literally a BS conspiracy show.

Then the fucking mexican news decided to copy the stupidity for ratings and a legend was literally manufactured out of nothing but a monkey or stray dog sighting by a child to dumb to know better.

By the way the place of the first ever sighting has a lot of dirt roads filled with rocks. . . . rocks.
