It's very ugly and stupid looking, like the other UBs it dilutes the franchise and hurts the identity of Pokémon by defying traditional design constraints and rules.

I hate it.

One of my faves. Rayquaza is my favorite design, this might actually be my 2nd. It looks so abstract and weird with its arms and legs being so out of proportion with eachother. It's like some sort of fucked up alien, the way it hits its head as a combat animation, like it's in pain and is suffering. When Pokémon started leaking for S/M, I looked through the UB's and this one stuck out immediately like a sore thumb.

That isn't a bad thing. Ideally, different franchises should craft different identities through a coherent and consistent set of rules and boundaries. That way, people can choose the one they like and stick to it without feeling alienated. By trying to bend or expand the rules, a franchise will lose some of its identity, which will draw in some new people and flush out some old. This is not ideal, especially if those new people could have found something else to attach themselves to.
