I was going to reply with generic "first stage fighting type with higher base speed used low kick" but then I checked stats of fighting types and HOLY SHIT they're all so fucking slow. Like, seriously, the only non-mega and non-legendary with good speeds are Infernape, Mienshao and Hawlucha.
