IVs are the shits Gamefreak need to change. This is them basically bending backwards to Darwinism. It's also counter intuitive to the message they want to send about growing stronger with your pokemon. Like one Gyarados is doomed to be inferior to another one just for being born inferior. I think there needs to be a way to increase IVs in a more manageable way than now.
