Lunala is 4x weak to Ghost and Dark, the latter being one of the best offensive types in the meta. If it dropped to OU it would easily be in A+ range, maybe even S.

Ferrothorn, Mega Venusaur, and Tangrowth (after acquiring Regenerator) are all better defensive Grass types than Celebi. Baton Pass is now banned so it can no longer BP Nasty Plots or Substitutes to its teammates. More Ice types and Dark types getting added didn't help. There's no longer a place for Celebi =(
