One of the best mangaka to bless this planet. Has consistantly entertaining writing even though you could describe his works as simply meme fests, yet he manadges to still throw cool ideas and interesting characters in there. Heck even Pokemon tried to reference his most successful work. Not to mention the anime adaptations of his work which is more than faithful to the source material, sometimes even better.
