Reuniclus is also good outside of trickroom.
"i-its in trick room" is a meme because retards use it to justify garbage like vikavolt or rampardos, when those pokemon are shit and outclassed even as trick room abusers.
The best trick room abusers are pokemon like alolan-marowak, mega mawile, magearna, etc. Slow bulky pokemon that are huge threats even when not under trickroom and become near unstoppable rape machines when trick room is up.

Trick Room is viable. It's not really a magic fix for half of Alola though, just makes guys like Crawdaunt more dangerous than they already were.

I remember Rampardos being a pretty good meme mon when scarfed, at least back in gen 5. Not viable, but good for full retard gimmick teams, you can head smash through half of their team if you get lucky/remove their counters.
