Pokemon now gain EXP at the end of each turn for each action they performed during the turn. Using a move grants so much exp, inflicting damage and status grants more, etc.
Pokemon can even evolve and learn moves mid-battle.
In VGC, combined level can never exceed 255, and a Pokemons personal level can not exceed 55. If a Pokemon levels up past 55, they are removed. You're allowed up to 3 subs.
Would these changes impact the game in a positive or negative way?
