What are the chances of Gamefreak making Darkrai, Shaymin and

ORAS made a mythical regularly catchable, so there's at least a precedent.

Nope. Being such a utility for competitive play, Darkrai will not be regularly available. I would imagine with the way things are going, GameFreak would probably just do a distribution with a certain nature of Darkrai.

Likely. In the same way Deoxys was available in OR/AS, Shaymin is the candidate for this. This is because there are special ways of changing their forms that are included in every game for these Pokemon, so naturally as a game dev, you want people to have the opportunity to use these as much as you can.

Manaphy could never be caught in the these games in general, like these other three. It had to be either received through an event or through Pokemon Ranger and hatched. In addition, it's not like we got Jirachi events specifically for OR/AS's run.
And yes, Deoxys is just as good as Darkrai but with every game that is released, Darkrai doesn't need an extra item to change its form the same way that Shaymin does.

If they want to replicate the Delta Episode, then any potential mythical they choose would have to be one that can serve as a climactic final boss. So probably not Shaymin. Darkrai could accomplish that, and I always thought it was weird that Cresselia was normally available but Darkrai wasn't.
