Not particularly, but it did nothing for me, and I honestly would've rather had original characters.

Now the PWT, that I disliked. Just because we got it instead of possibly a new Frontier with thought put into its gimmicks, and tons of time was likely spent creating new assets for everyone involved instead of something with more substance. It doesn't help that the PWT doesn't really give any more insight into the returning characters, except finally finding out the exact part of Johto Norman was from. Everyone being monotype makes things pretty monotonous, too. It's pretty much just for novelty, which is alright if others like it, but it's not a novelty I care for.

But yeah, Zygarde is a part of the lore of Kalos. It should have gotten its time to shine in Kalos. Let Alola shine on its own. Don't pass your debts to your successors.
