It doesn't really work because 1) that typing is trash for a defensive physical attacker, should've been Water/Ghost or Water/Steel with Grass STAB ability and needs some reliable recovery, synthesis would be optimal because of its current typing. Other than that it's gonna have a hard time when Decidueye and Tsareena drop because both outclass it and yes even in VGC.

It kinda works as anti-spinner spinner and Anchor shot can really screw up passive Pokemon. Thats it.

It really has some bad typing and mediocre stats.

Small niche as the only pokemon able to both use Rapid Spin and block opposing Rapid Spin. Triple STAB and Anchor Shot trapping are all it really has going for it otherwise.
