No. Three Fire/Fighting Pokemon already exist, and in the case of NU (where this shit is currently at) Emboar is pretty much better at offensive or wallbreaking.

At least with Fire/Dark, Incineroar has more of a niche because it only shares the typing with Houndoom, which is an attacker anyway. Incineroar is a bulky pivot.
