With the Evolution, KakaGon. Keeps the same typing. It evolves from Unigon at level 40. It's a special attacker that focuses on speed.
Again, Abra (Now called buddy on discord) Gets all credit for the art. I only came up with the actual mon.

Former stage is about right, later stage seems too much like Final Fantasy in terms of art style. That, and it's essentially a serpent with unicorn horn and wings. I mean, it'd look neat and all and could probably be angled as a legendary, but it feels rather vague for a regular species.

Sweet, I'd love a bird with aviator features. The wings on the second stage seem rather stiff, if you were gunning for plane wings you can still make them plenty sharp without making them rigid. Also work more on that scarf, seems rather irregular atm, but maybe you just haven't drawn where all the folds are yet.

As a fan of rhyperior I don't like the direction they went with this. It seems kinda weird rhydon has one horn, gets two when it evolves, but with this it goes back to one?
