i started with crystal and put a lot of effort in
rse is where i stopped giving a shit and eventually dropped pokemon altogether
i got back into pokemon with gen 1 with shit teams
by bw1 i knew what i was doing but dropped pokemon again
played bw2 in 2016
played gens 6 and 7 in 2017

Why do people use the same Pokémon over and over again? I've used a couple multiple times - like Zubat, which I've used thrice - but I don't recreate the same teams again on multiple playthroughs. Like, I actively avoid it. Why on earth would someone play through Gold and Silver, and then when they play Crystal, use 3 of the exact same mons? And why on earth would you use 4 of the same mons between BW and BW2??? It makes NO sense to me.
