Say speaking of stats, why is Necrozma's BST so low for a cover legend? Normally it's like 680 or something but Necrozma only has 600.

Zygarde had 600, too. Difference is Zygarde was already ok in its debut gen (if outclassed by Garchomp), and only got better with Meme Arrows.

Necrozma needs more than a little buff. It has an infinitely worse typing, no way to reliably hit Dark types (HP Fighting and Dazzling Gleam it can't get, the latter I have no idea why), and sits at an awkward speed tier. USUM better give it like +110 BST and some crazy good new sig moves, or it's gonna be Kyurem-B all over again.
