I wouldn't. But if I had to make one it'd probably be a Jynx evolution. The dex entry for Jynx already has it have a controlling effect over humans by doing something considered seductive (swaying hips).

Ghost/Fairy (or Dark/Fairy)
Lots of moves that heal while causing damage, like leech life and that fairy kiss move.

Make its design obviously feminine but not lewd

Introduce demonic stuff like horns and wings and the stereotypical arrowhead tail

Make it target male trainers to take their life energy (like Jellicent or w/e) because women are more skeptical of it (via folklore in-game)

make it a single stage garbo mon so it won't show up a lot to curb controversy

Literally Gardevoir as a Dark/Fairy type. Feeds on emotions, but instead of being loyal and protecting its trainer, it uses its trainer and the trainer is compelled through love or whatever to try and make it into a spoiled queen.
