The 3DS family is both more portable and affordable than the Switch and has a massive collection of games. I doubt there'll be an improvement on the N3DSXL/N2DSXL, but it makes sense to keep making them for as long as games are being made

Nah, they know Pokemon Ultra is gonna sell well, so they are still going to pump out these 3DS shits like it was nothing, at least, until the Switch finally gets a legit Pokemon game, which, to be honest, will not happen for a t least another two years.
