what was your favourite trailer x and y or Sun and moon

XY actually showed things about the game, SM was just marketing speak. Even ORAS at least showed us the boxarts with Primal Groudon and Kyogre if I recall right.

SM had the better hype season, but the actual first gameplay trailer felt disappointing even with the new starter and legendary Pokemon reveal. At least with XY's reveal trailer, it was hyped up in a direct, which was already announced beforehand, and the trailer was put together better as well. They should have revealed the starters, game play, and the box legends all in the reveal trailer during the anniversary direct.

Because its coming in 2018? Plus we're only 4 months away from Pokemon's next anniversary, which would be the most opportune time to announce a core Switch Pokemon game. Have you not been keeping up?

The first teaser for Sun Moon was actually my favorite. It was more fun imagining what the game was like in my head, until I was disappointed at the first official trailer in May.
