What did you opinionated of this pokemon?

It's okay, but I like Dusclops and Duskull more.

He was shit in Explorers.

He's entirely worse than Dusclops since his attack isn't high enough to hurt anything and his low health offsets his high defenses. They should've made him a split evolution that was more offensively oriented.

Duskulls entire line is a bit disappointing to me. With each evolution, I like its design less and less. I've seen some fan art that makes dusknoir look better.

It's a cool design, but apart from the red eye, it really doesn't feel like an evolution to Dusclops.

Weakest among 3-stager ghost types (including starters and legends)

Along with Lickilicky, Rhyperior and Togekiss I think Dusknoir really didnt need to exist.
Mystery Dungeon gave it personality, but outside of it no thanks

I don't mind it, I kind of like the difference. It makes them unique in their own way, but their original connection isn't gone. It's better than the more modern Trevenant and Gourgeist, there's no reason for such direct parallels to exist except autism. I wish both lines could get megas AND evolutions though.

Originally I liked him a lot when I first saw it. I thought it was going to be one of my favorite Pokemon from the Gen, but he was a real late game, or even post game? That's what kept me away. I never really used one so I have no special feels for it.

I'm happy that it exists because it allows me to use eviolite dusclops.
Dusknoir is shit all around. Useless and has a bad design.
But then again, it's gen IV, so there's not much to be expected in terms of designs.
