Fairies in general are the least of Charizard's problems. Most of them actually lose to it. Its problems are the prevalence of Landorus-T and Toxapex, the meta being overprepared against Volcarona, which for the most part means being automatically prepared against Zard-X, and simply better Dragon Dancers like Zygarde and Mega Tyranitar existing.

Fini is just one Fairy, and not a particularly great one either. The three best fairies in OU are Magearna, Koko and Bulu, it beats these comfortably, while also dealing quite easily with other strong Fairies like Lele, Clefable and Mega Mawile.

Overall Charizard X has a great matchup against Fairies, the problem is that it struggles against most other things, and also that Marowak can fill most of its niches better.
