I wouldn't bother with Memory Silvally, it's only good sets are holding damage boosting items.
Galvantula and W-Rotom are definitely good choices. Lanturn is a great Electric-type bulkmon, that's all I can really think of.

Magnezone wouldn't be a bad thing to add on your team, assuming you don't mind hidden power.

no legendaries, but what about ultra beasts? Xurkitree has pulled a lot of great wins for me with z-hypnosis and tail glow. 60% of the time it works every time.
Also in my experience electivire is probably your best bet for a physical attacker. Alolan golem is good in concept but falls flat since its so slow.
Alolan Raichu is really only good if youre running an electric terrain team aka alongside tapu koko, otherwise it may as well not have an ability. Theres plenty of other special sweepers to consider out there.
then by way of bulk you dont have many options either. The first few i can think of are magnezone, lanturn, eelektross, and rotom. Ampharos is also bulky but has no recovery outside rest.
