Are we not talking about Megas? Mega Y can outspeed drought solar beam blastoise first turn. Probably will survive Venasaur and kill it easily turn 2. Unless they have focus sash / something other than mega stones

It depends on how Rock-Paper-Scissors you want to get. You can go for Chlorophyll Venusaur with Hidden Power Rock and Rock Slide Mega Blastoise so Zard Y gets anally ravaged either way.
