Can you still transfer from soulsilver up to sun and moon?

Yes, it is still possible from GBA up. Soul Silver to a gen 5 game if you have 2 DSes, gen 5 to gen 6 you have to download a poketransporter app from pokemon bank, and play a shitty cross bow game, then pokemon bank

What is the best way to get legit emulated pokes from Gen 3 to the bank? Heres what I got so far
>play emulated gen 3 games
>transfer them to emulated gen 4 games through pal park
>transfer to emulated gen 5 games
>import emulator save file to actual cartridge
>transfer them to bank/gen 6 on 3ds

It sounds simple enough but I havent tried it yet, is there anything wrong with this?

Once I transfered from an emulated Leaf Green to X.

Used Pal Park in a emulated Platinum, transfered LG > Pt

Put the save into a R4 and traded them to my Heart Gold. Pt > HG

and then normally HG > White 2, White 2 > X.
