A lot of gen 5 pokemon are not bad but not good. Despite maybe having unique battle gimmicks, they all kind of get forgotten

Not too terrible competitively. Pseudo-Will-o-Wisp is pretty cool. It has an interesting support movepool and good old Cosmic Power + Stored Power shenanigans.

I tried that moveset, turns out Chimecho is a better stored power + cosmic power user, as it has the benefits of being a flying mon (levitate) without being weak to ice, electric & rock type,as well as being weak to dark & ghost attacks.

I really like it but Alakazam and Clefable are much better alternatives. He's on the RU squad though. Or whatever tier he's in this gen.

Chimecho is so much worse as a Stored Power user.

Flame Orb, Magic Skin Sigilyph is immune to conditions, can cut opposing Atk in half with Psycho Shift, gets access to Roost in order to get more Calm Minds off and potentially stall out in addition to getting stronger. It can even take Air Slash instead of Stored Power on occasion.
