Assuming VGC 2018 bans Megas and limits it only to Alola mons, and Arcanine is one of the best VGC mons, will Incineroar do just as well?
Move tutors give it a lot of potential: it may learn Drain Punch, Thunder Punch, Knock Off, Superpower, etc.
It may even have its Hidden Ability Intimidate.
