Yeah, but you'll die from all that recoil, especially if you got to +6 by using Belly Drum. And if you're getting to +6 by using Work Up, how the hell do you get your opponent to let you sit there for six turns boosting? They aint going to just hold still and let you win.
Anyway, I've always had more luck with it just as an all out attacker with Choice scarf or Flame Charge, the speed is just a hair too slow, really. Too much important stuff outspeed it, like Mimikyu, Celebi, Entei, Tentacruel, Hydreigon, and Victini.
