Pokemon Play It! v2

Game was AMAZING back in the day, but one thing that always got to me was that you couldn't create any custom decks ...

EVERY single image file for pokemon cards upto the first rocket set, as well as sound files for the pokemon was included, its like the devs WANTED this game to be hacked lmao

Would it be hard to do?

Couldn't you? I remember a version of this game that allowed you to build decks with all the sets available at that time.

Hey, I don't really know very much about code, but I know that there are a lot of guys around here that know about this kinda thing.

I used to LOVE the retro TCG, and I got a feeling that loads of people over here did as well as kids, maybe I was just trying to create some buzz or something lmao I don't know ... It's just such a shame that all the assets are IN GAME! everything needed is there!

If someone knew just a little bit of code, and could understand how the game engine worked ...

Hmmm, about custom decks, the only version that allowed that was the gameboy version ...

In the pokemon V2 Version, you had a much wider array of cards that included the theme decks that were available around that time (huge upgrade from the 2 (plus 2 hidden) decks in the original)

But the custom card viewer only allowed you to print out your own "fake" cards to play on paper ...
