Regular should be Dragon too.

Leaf Blade as a signature wasn't that good in Gen III (70 BP).

Shallow movepool. Having to rely on Focus miss to hit Steel types.

Could have a better HA, specially compared to Blaziken's.

Design-wise, the yellow blobs are ugly. No need for those.

Mega fixed it in my opinion. But still isn't a top tier Mega, so it stays in UU. Sceptile was born for UU.

It should have its atk and sp atk swapped. Also make its regular form grass/Dragon to begin with
