Why are people so desperate to downplay Mewtwo's power? Do they not understand how much more powerful psychokinesis is? It's certainly a far, far bigger deal than being able to control the weather or creating life out of nothing.

There is absolutely NOTHING stopping Mewtwo from using telekinesis to grab, lock down, toss around and tear apart other legendary Pokémon. See the gif, then imagine it's Mewtwo doing that to Arceus, or Rayquaza, or whatever other legendary you think could challenge it. Not to mention that Mewtwo is the only legendary that can learn both Barrier and Teleport, which is another huge deal because those moves will allow it to easily dodge or block any attack.
