the original paper (iirc there were some corrections issued in response to criticism that put the small hind leg size in question) had Spinosaurus walking on the sides of its palms because it couldn't pronate its hands. That's a prety distinctive and unique posture, while Kommo-o's is really just gorilla-like to go with those sweet, sweet arms. It also has very long limbs compared to its body even among dragons, while the original Ibrahim et al. Spinosaurus had croc-tier midget arms and legs.
