This is a crazy guess, but I think it's a Poke Finder building. In the trailer, there's a tripod displayed and there's the Poke Finder logo on the bottom left of the sign in front of the building. Pic related also shows the buildings as seen in the trailer. One's in Konikoni, the other is in Hau'oli. The latter one was shown in the trailer, I think. There's a whole line of rocks in the water that weren't there and the southeast geyser closest to the boat in the water off of Poni is brown like the rest of the land instead of blue.

Just west of the big tower. In SM it's a blue pool of water, in USUM it's brownish orange while the ground isn't. It's south of the brown structure at the top and east of the second house in the right column of houses in Malie.

There's blue water that's the exact same lighting as the first map, then there's the weird gray mass. It's shaded similarly to how the shore is off of the beach right next to it. I'd believe it was lighting if it wasn't for the blue patch of water right above it.

In the first map, the left half of the building is taller and it's got an orange tinge. In this map, it's flat on top with some structure on the right half making it taller and it's white.

I have posted this earlier, but I might as well repost it.

There's something that I just noticed.
If you compare the map of Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon to Sun and Moon, you notice that the rain cloud above Po Town is gone.
You also notice that the Pokémon League has already been built on top of Mount Lanakila.
You can also spot some moving objects in the water that would either be Pokémon or boats, they're black, so this might have something to do with Team Skull, maybe? Nope, upon further inspection, they seem to be a herd of Wailord.
But, the empty plots do appear to be filled.
The volcano at Wala Volcano Park seems to no longer be spewing ash into the air.

So, these plots have been filled, that is for sure.
Po Town no longer has rain, as what I'm assuming from it.
This could mean that Team Skull may or may not be in the game, and if they are in the game, there's the likelihood they're situated on Poni Island instead.
