I've seen my share of threads before made just to show their disdain for these concepts, so pardon if that experience affected my impression for this one. Still, by compiling a list, you're essentially telling potential designers that "this is overdone, don't bother with it", even if they would have their own take on it.

I mean, you said it, they are overdone. I'm not telling anyone to listen to me or not to bother with them. These are all good concepts so it would be hard to find anyone who hates even just 25% of these ideas. I'm not trying to discourage new designers but I think this is a good way of showing what is already out there. It's an open market, come up with something new and you'll succeed, create something that is out there and stay in oblivion. Let's be honest here if a designer is good and mixes these ideas up just a little bit, they will get credit for it.

Just look at Pokémon itself, dozens of anchor, helm and ghost ship Pokémon but GF decided to make a seaweed that connects two of these items while giving it a 3rd STAB. Not huge but definitely distinctive and fresh. Same with the Ultra Bugs, mosquito sucks and cockroach survives, yet they made a huge mosquito that has muscles and a very fast, feminine white cockroach. All fresh ideas.
