Porygon-Z is in my Top 20 favorite Pokemon. It's crazy strong, it has a funny design and personality and is just all round great. It's Shiny is pretty too. Porygon and Porygon2 are good too, but I don't like them nearly as much as Z.

The same stat increase as from 1 to 2, and has its own niche which doesn't overshadow 2 or Z. Porygon's designers always wanted it to fly, so Levitate makes sense for its final form. The extra resists and Electric STAB are also helpful.

porygon3 should be a speedy fucker to compete with the other two porygons. Something like 85/70/70/115/75/135 with Dazzling/Download seems reasonable. It won't have the raw power or defensive capabilities like its brothers but with its speed and decent sp attack it can carve its own niche.
