Well, Bulu would be a little harder to switch in on stuff and now gets totally wrecked by U-Turn. but then again, all the U-turn users (Mega scizor and a few flying types) kill Bulu anyway. I guess it gets hurt more by Fighting and Dark moves too, and getting hit harder by Knock Off does hurt it, the fighting resist barely matters since fighting attacks are becoming increasingly rare.

I'm not sure Fairy is even the best type in the game anymore. I'm starting to think it was Steel all along.

A decent amount of Kokos use dazzling gleam, so not really. Bulu doesn't gain anything from fairy offensively, but it loses a large amount of defensive utility without it. Ash Gren and Zyg become a lot harder to check, off the top of my head.

You need to remove both Regenerator and Recover. Toxapex is still a Water/Poison type with insane bulk and Toxic Spikes, the only way it wouldn't see usage is if it didn't have reliable recovery at all
