Depends on the game itself really, if its an adapted version of USM, then we could transfer back and forth but if its a new game, new region etc then itll be one time transfer

Have you literally never used Bank before? It's a cloud storage app. You don't need to "connect" the systems because your Pokemon aren't on the system, they're on a remote server.

Pokemon Bank is server based, and based on your internet, it's a cloud storage system. Dropbox for pokemon. The equivalent of what you're asking is "if I can download dropbox on my phone can i send files to my pc"
