That being said, a mega or some kind of stat buff would be amazing. I usually dislike one-stage mons but those two are my favourites. They just need help to come back decently

Jynx with a Gen 4 evo would've lost 10 base speed but had a bst of 540, like Swagmortar and Electivile.

I really love Jynx too.
They butchered her 3D model in the 3ds games though.
Hard to want to use her since her hair looks like non-fully shredded pasta now.
I love her in all other artwork, though.
I need GF to pull through and give her a huge buff someday.

I doubt it'll ever happen, given what happened in gen 2. After that GF did some massive smoothing over, to the point that they tried to set up Magmar/Electabuzz and Jynx/Mr. Mime as duos (Mime Jr. in gen 4, anyone?)

It does gain a certain amount of cred simply by being part of gen 1, but it seems like very few other people like it despite this.

I heard Game Freak had at least trademarked Mega Jynx, though nothing came of it yet. Here's hoping it does someday, though a regular evo would be better.

I'd go with Glaciate, because why not Ice-type Hyper Voice. I might also be able to see Magic Bounce as sort of a superpowered Oblivious.
