Still it would be too close to Nincada design-wise, even though cicadas and mole-crickets aren't related this closely.

I saw one of these little bastards on my back porch about 2 feet up off the ground caught in a spider web, while the spider worked furiously to free it. It was already dead though, I just wonder how he managed to get himself up in the web. They don't jump or fly, right?

Fly, no. Jump, probably they can, but no way that high. Probably a bird grabbed it and then dropped.
