RS? Yes, unless you're really hung up on certain changed aspects. Emerald? It depends on what you value more, because it does some things better, but other things worse, and honestly regardless there's no good reason it shouldn't have done both.

Not a chance. I won't ever give this game a try, no battle frontier, no purchase. Emerald was better, and not for nostaligic purposes, Emerald was the latest pokemon game I've played.

Depends on what you like more. ORAS improves multiplayer communications immensely and has all the base gameplay advancements DP-XY introduced. However, Emerald has more single-player related postgame.

It absolutely is a good thing. The problem is that Gamefreak half-assed it and didn't change up some of the stats of Hoennmons. A lot of them were seemingly based off of the physical/special type system and got fucked in the ass after the change.

I would place them over Emerald because I'm a lorefag and I like the new additions in ORAS.
