you might already know but since Cleffa's are loli pokemon they can't fug until they evolve to Clefairy, which requires friendship.
So it's probably just faster trading for a Clefairy if you intend to breed some.

If you really lack perfect IVs and EV trained pokemon, you can try Royal. They give pity points even if you lose. If you win at Master Rank, that's 5 BP.
Some Pokemon that you should abuse on the Tree include:
-the UBs
-Tapus, Lati@s.
-Mega Gengar, Kangaskhan, Salamence, Lopunny, Lucario, etc. M-Salamence forms a strong core with Aegislash.
-Check out what's busted on Smogon but legal on the Tree and abuse those.
